			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here in Australia we have a real problem and I see the same problem in many other countries around the world .</p>
<p>Seriously, there is more money on the planet than anytime in history. The world has the largest middle class,we are more connected than ever in history and we are abundant in almost every way.</p>
<p>Yet the lack mentality is so prevalent it is hard to believe!</p>
<p>I say of Australia &#8221; Here, everyone is happy to see you rise to the middle&#8221;</p>
<p>Its funny and more importantly, its true! We are our own worst enemies when it comes to creating financial abundance because people will only let you go so far until you become a &#8216;tall poppy&#8217; and have to get cut down to size.</p>
<p>Well, its time  to stand up and say enough is enough. Why should you live at less than your potential? Why can&#8217;t you live the life of your dreams? Come on, you know it is possible and you know you can do it, so it is time to step up and get on with it.</p>
<p>One thing that really gets me cranky is when some well meaning friend or relative tries to stop someone from thinking big. You see, as soon as your dreams die, your potential begins to die too.  And thats why I say if you want to succeed, you have to ignore the cynic&#8217;s and the critic&#8217;s.</p>
<p>Honestly, can anyone show me a cynic or a critic who has actually achieved something of any meaningful and lasting value?</p>
<p>Theodore Roosevelt knew a thing or two about success at the highest level and he penned perhaps the greatest comment to illustrate the difference between those who succeed and those who just point fingers and comment. Its called &#8216; The Man in the Arena&#8221; and I want to share it with you.</p>
<p>&#8220;It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.</p>
<p>The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs and who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who actually strives to do the deeds;</p>
<p>Who knows the great enthusiams, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat&#8217;</p>
<p>Great words from a great man. We should all pay attention to this, I even encourage you to print out those words and carry them around with you&#8230;If you find yourself being the cycnic and the critic, will you ever taste the victory you desire?</p>

<p>Have you ever had business partners or close friends break ties and walk away from you? That can be a very painful experience, especially if you were friends for a long time.</p>
<p>Let me say though, if that happens, let those people go as they are no longer linked to  your destiny.</p>
<p>Certain people will leave you, don&#8217;t try and talk them in to staying, because you may end up trying to do that for the rest of your life.</p>
<p>Your destiny is seldom tied to those who walk away from you. When people don&#8217;t belong in your life anymore, not even a truckload of superglue is going to get them to stay. There will always be people who share our lives and then move on. That part of your life story has come to a close, but the story and the journey continues.</p>
<p>The gift of goodbye will always open up another door and other opportunities!</p>

If you make more money than you spend you can, in time, become a millionaire, right? So why does millionaire status elude most people? Is it really because we just think we can’t get there, or that we don’t deserve it? Or is there really secret “How to become a millionaire” dossier that no one is sharing with us?  Personally I believe that the millionaire mindset is, in fact, achievable for each of us, and there are no secrets.</p>
<p>At least part of the problem that aspiring millionaires have is that while most people want it badly, they are not prepared to take action to make it happen.</p>
<p>To become a millionaire takes more than just acquiring a lot of money. It takes the kind of character that knows how to earn it, manage it, share it, and a respect for what it is. It is a special kind of thinking that most millionaires have – a millionaire mindset.</p>
<p>If I asked you what you would do with a million dollars right now, what would your answer be?</p>
<p>If someone wants to buy a handful of fancy sport cars and go to Las Vegas to gamble for a few months, but someone else wants to buy a building and donate it to a charity as a shelter, these are very individual choices. These speak of character and the motivation behind obtaining the wealth.</p>
<p>Motivation and what drives a person is a key factor. If you want to become a millionaire, don’t try to hide the truth from yourself. Don’t be a ‘wisher’ – become a ‘doer’.  Get off your chair right now, right now, and give yourself a good talking to.  Stop reading about ‘how to become a millionaire’, and take action to make it happen.</p>
<p>Pursue mentors who will show you the way – listen to speakers, watch videos of past presentations, join our club membership program. Do something to get the millionaire mindset that will drive you forward.</p>
<p>When you become a millionaire, make sure you become a good one. Show others how they too can become successful. Share your knowledge and inspire them too to get up and take action.</p>

<p>The people you connect with can have a ripple effect in your life. Even the most independently wealthy person utilises some connection or association to get things done.</p>
<p>This explains why the face of social networking in such sites as Facebook and Twitter is changing, where connections are used to promote  any type of activity,  including parties, product launches, social and political campaigns and even disaster relief efforts.</p>
<p>When two or three people get together, oftentimes, there is a common denominator running through them.  It could be in a shared background, experience, problem or goal.  You may have multiple networks for specific interests such as a prayer group, a badminton group, a professional group, and a social group.</p>
<p>The value of these groups lies in having combined support as you can always find strength in numbers.  Networking helps you grow as well through healthy interaction with others who are similarly situated and who can teach you ways and means of handling a situation.</p>
<p>Generally, your goal is tied to one special person or a number of special people. Knowing the right people can help you achieve your goals by doing a better job than you can do by yourself.  Some things are best left to the experts if you want to avoid failure. You don’t let a pediatrician perform surgery or ask a typing clerk to balance your financial statements.  If you need help, learn to ask for it from the right persons.</p>
<p>Aside from building connections, you also need to keep the connections alive by giving some of yourself, either through time or effort, or by serving others and honouring others. A network thrives on mutuality where everyone helps someone.  Try to offer support without expecting something in return as you are bound to be on the receiving end of similar assistance from any one of your connections.</p>
<p>Creating connections is easy these days. The key, however, is in staying connected with the right kind of people. It’s less about the quantity or how many people you know and more of the quality of your connections as it takes a lot of time to build real relationships with others.</p>
<p>Remember that while the people with whom you truly connect may be few, the select connections may be all you need to succeed in life.</p>
